Walking into the Ann Taylor Loft fashion preview, I immediately felt like I was on a white sandy beach staring at crystal blue water and sipping on a mimosa. The beautiful geometric and floral print dresses were simultaneously chic and sexy. Each piece could easily be worn for day by adding a cardigan or a pair of sexy heels for night. Since many of us are still feeling the effects of the recession, our wardrobes need pieces that can work double time. With rich jeweled colors such as blue and green along with bold animal prints, you were made to feel like you were either vacationing in Africa or partying in Miami. What made the collection special was the attention to detail. Each item was adorned with either metallics, ruffles, or embellishment around the neckline and waist.
